Foil balloons make decorating for your party easy and fun. Add to a balloon bouquet or tie to the birthday child's chair for a great look! Includes (1) Foil balloon which measures approximately 18" in diameter. Pattern is printed on both sides of the balloon - may have two different images on either side. Add Latex balloons, curling ribbon and balloon weights to create a truly uplifting arrangement.

This balloon is great the boys just loved them, And they are still floating about. The great thing is that this company had them, and we recieved in a couple of days.

My son loved this balloon. He liked to pick out all the tools and see Manny. It is very colorful and went great with his party. I just went to a local party store to have it filled, and it has stayed upright for three days now without getting any lower. Great buy!

The only thing missing is "Happy Birthday" from it. Otherwise really nice. I added some Happy Birthday balloons so it was ok.

I bought this balloon for my son's 3rd birthday. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't say "Happy Birthday" on it, but I bought it anyway because it was the only Handy Manny balloon I could find.

This is such a cute Handy Manny Balloon. I could not find a single Handy Manny Balloon in the party stores, so i was lucky to find one at birthday express.
