Title: Cute But Complicated

I think the Hats are cute, the only con is making them!..i thought when i bought them that they were put together, but they weren't! A couple of them ripped in the process of me trying to make them but nothing tape can't fix overall i really do love them

Title: Horrible hats!

These were the worst hats I ever bought. You have to put htem together and it is not easy at all. They wound up bending and looking very poor. would not have purchased if I would have known it was that difficult to put a childrens party hat together

Title: Pretty cute but cheaper than expected

I love this design but the quality of the hats could be better. You have to fold them up yourself and add the elastic chin straps. I expected them to come in a little stack all ready to wear. They will be cute once ready though.
