The cape is light weight, and long - it reaches my ankles. It has a velcro tab to hold it closed at the neck and it is perfect for my costume. Thanks!

This was a very nice cape. I would fit any adult man or woman and it had a velcro tie at the top. Yes I'd buy it again, should the reason arise. Happy Halloween!!
