Title: All wrong

I ordered this costume for last years Halloween. I was planning to be a fashion police. I was going to add a cute badge that said Fashion Police on it. I ordered this in Medium, because the size chart said 50 inches to 54 inches for a size medium. And that's exactly my height. When I got it, I tried it on and it was all the way by my calf. Unfortunately, I could not get a size smaller because it was only available in the size I got. The costume was not only huge, but the hat was extremely small. This costume was very itchy, too. The belt was a baggy piece of crab. When I wore this costume, nobody knew what I had dressed up as. I am very disappointed with this costume and Costume Express. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Title: sparkels!

A very good product. Fits well and the sparkels never came off! The hat though was way to smalllllllllllll! So my daughter just used a different hat with it.
