Cute witch hat. The fabric is sheer & the addition of the black buckle gives it more character. Fits my 8 year old well. Holds it's shape well.

My daughter is 7 years old and wanted to be this witch when she it in the catalog. She tried it on, and it does run alittle big, but she's happy with it and that is all that matters.
