Title: Had to alter too short skirt

The only reason I gave it three stars instead of 4 or 5 was that it was waaaay too short for my 11 yr old. It fit her fine in the waist. I ended up sewing an additional piece about 10 inches longer onto the bottom to make it age appropriate. After that, it was fine. Buying it as is, if they reach over to pull up their socks, they're bottom's are exposed, so...in hindsight, I would've paid better attention to the picture. Was very cute after I did the alterations though.

Title: cutest fit!

This costume was perfect for my 13 year old daughter! The dress is fitted thru the top and waist- but not tight. The length of the dress hit a little too high - so she wore black shorts. The socks stayed up! and the hat fit very well. We will definitely use this one again for other dress up needs!
