These blowouts ended up being fun, however; they needed to be assembled. So you get the blowouts separately and the little Caillou ring that you have to then put on there your self.

Caillou blowouts were the perfect "plus" for the party after the happy birthday song the kids start to make sound with the blowouts. I love it!

They are made out of plastic..I thought they were paper, so I was very excited when I got them. Not only do they blow out, they make a fun noise.

The picture covers do not fit well onto the blowouts. They kept sliding off. The blowouts also tear easily. The quality of the pictures is good. I'm going to use them as a decoration instead.

The kids always seem to enjoy these at parties. I put them in their favor boxes. The blowouts come separate from the Caillou decoration and you have to attach them yourself so make sure you leave time to do so. These, however, do come with instructions as to how to put them on the blowouts to make sure you do it right so that helps a lot. It doesn't take long, you just basically stick the blowout through the two holes in the cardboard decoration and you are done. The kids had a lot of fun with these.
