They are bubbles. It's not a bad product but I didn't get the pack of 24. I got 2. They leaked but thankfully didn't mess anything up. I love everything else that came and since they didn't mess anything up in the box then it was okay.

I bought these for my daughter's gift bags for her birthday. they did not blow bubbles at all and i was dissapointed for the kids as they all love bubbles.
