i purchased 2 rolls of this streamer but did not use it IT WAS NOT BRIGHT WHITE!! MORE LIKE DIRTY WHITE, it looked like it was sitting in the warehouse so ling that it changed color and it was stiff! WILL NOT PURCHSE WHITE STREAMER !!

Haven't actually used it yet but I looked over everything when my package arrived & this stuff looks just like the stuff that you would find at the party store only cheaper. Perfect color.
