Title: Invisible flaws?

I ordered two of these balloons for my son's sixth birthday party, and I'm relieved that I didn't waste my money on more. I only touched them once before the party, just to make sure everything arrived in the package. But when I took them to be filled with helium, one had a hole and was useless. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
