Very cute hats I loved them the only downside is you have to build them yourself which only took me about 10 minutes.

Title: You have to assemble

I loved these hats on the website, however I would not have bought them if I knew I had to put them together myself. I've never bought party hats that you had to assemble. Not to mention they forgot to put the elastic string in my package. So I had to go buy some. Once the hats were together they are super cute.

They were cheap.They were hard to put together and when we did put them togther they fell apart.I would never order these again and I will tell my family and friends not to get this product
