Title: You Can't Have a Party without BlowOuts

I was rather shocked these weren't included in the Deluxe Party Pak as I do not feel that a party is complete without blowouts of some kind. Some of the kids had a hard time getting them to extend but luckily I have a good lung capacity. They were great and looked good on the BatTable with the rest of the Batman mechandise.
