Does not include shoes. This is an officially licensed Barbie costume.

Title: Runs quite large

The skirt and panties run at least size 6X. Literally falling off my slim size 5 daughter, and the particular cut/shape of the skirt does not lend itself well to tailoring.

Title: It's ok

The costume is very cute, my girls loved it. The top is a little short - shows a lot of stomach. I had to buy a shirt to go underneath. I paid extra for the pompoms and then they didn't use them!
