Title: Not very deluxe

The colors are vibrant, but everything came so creased that the crown was unwearable. It also seemed as if it as returned and resold to me. The skirt does not puff out. There isn't enough tulle to make it do so. I have to admit, my daughter did not wear it for her 5th Birthday party. We just have it tucked away. I wouldn't even give it away to someone I know. Your money is better spent on something else.
