Title: Cute but wasn't sure on size

I bought these shoes to go with the mummy costume and thought that the 13-1 would fit. based on the other review that said that they ran big I ordered the 13-1 bc my daughter is in between a 1 and a 2. When these shoes arrived they were very cute and would have gone great with the costume BUT they were WAY TOO SMALL. She couldn't even get her foot in. I wish there was a sizing chart for shoes - that might have made it easier to make the decision. Back to the store these shoes went.
