This Baby Shoes Photo/Balloon Holder - Blue is made of resin and metal. The shoes have a realistic look of leather baby shoes that are white and light blue and measures approximately 3.5" long x 3" wide. Attached is a metal photo holder that can be also used as a balloon weight.

Very dainty and versatile we use the booty as centerpieces and used them as place cards for the food, also decorated the venue using the booties and weighs for the balloons. They were a BIG hit, that why I keep using Celebrate Express.
