Title: Disappointed

I ordered size Small (4-6) for my 4 yr old and it was way too small. I would exchange it for a larger size but the quality is poor...threads are loose all over and the elastic in the back (waist) is very uneven. Really disappointing. I'll have a relative make this costume instead.
