I ordered these for a birthday party, and there was only 1 sucker, not 1 pkg. when it arrived. I chatted w/an online rep. right away. They apologized and sent me a new pack 2-day delivery, at no cost to me!!!! I was so happy. Customer service isn't very good anymore, but this was excellent!
